A real account, of the Pro type. You will go through identity verification — ID and proof of address. It is a legal requirement, and every serious broker asks for it.
Por que Pro, e não outro tipo. O robô foi medido e calibrado numa conta Pro. Uma conta de outro tipo tem outro spread, e o MIA BALANCE é sensível a isso — os resultados que você viu em Resultados foram feitos em Pro.
Why Pro, and not another type. The robot was measured and calibrated on a Pro account. Another account type has different spreads, and MIA BALANCE is sensitive to that — the figures on the Track Record page were produced on Pro.

Registrar-se na Exness ainda não é ter uma conta para operar. O passo 1 criou o seu acesso ao site deles. Agora, dentro da Área do Cliente, falta criar a conta de negociação — é essa que o robô vai usar, e é nela que fica o dinheiro.
Signing up with Exness is not yet having an account to trade on. Step 1 created your access to their website. Inside the Personal Area you still have to create the trading account — that is the one the robot uses, and where the money sits.
Na Área do Cliente, escolha abrir uma conta nova, do tipo real e Pro — não Standard, não demo. No fim, a Exness pede que você defina uma senha de negociação.
In the Personal Area, choose to open a new account, real and Pro — not Standard, not demo. At the end, Exness asks you to set a trading password.
⚠ Guarde essa senha, e saiba que não é a do site. São duas senhas diferentes, e é a de negociação que o MetaTrader vai pedir no passo 4. Se você já tinha criado a conta e não sabe a senha, dá para redefinir nos detalhes dela, na própria Área do Cliente.
⚠ Keep that password, and know it is not the website one. They are two different passwords, and MetaTrader will ask for the trading one in step 4. If the account already exists and you do not know its password, you can reset it in the account details, in the Personal Area itself.

It must be on a computer — Windows or Mac. The MetaTrader phone app is fine for watching, but it does not run robots. Installing only on the phone means you cannot get past step 7.

Primeiro, o que é cada coisa. São duas, e é normal confundir.
A Exness é a corretora. É onde o seu dinheiro fica, é onde você deposita e saca, e é ela que executa as ordens no mercado.
O MetaTrader 5 é o programa. Ele não guarda dinheiro nenhum. Ele se conecta à Exness, mostra os gráficos e envia as ordens — é a janela pela qual o robô enxerga e age. Pense na corretora como o banco e no MetaTrader como o aplicativo do banco: o aplicativo mostra e movimenta, mas o dinheiro está no banco.
First, what each thing is. There are two, and mixing them up is normal.
Exness is the broker. That is where your money sits, where you deposit and withdraw, and it is Exness that executes orders in the market.
MetaTrader 5 is the program. It holds no money at all. It connects to Exness, draws the charts and sends the orders — it is the window through which the robot sees and acts. Think of the broker as the bank and MetaTrader as the bank's app: the app shows and moves things, but the money is at the bank.

For the program to talk to the broker, it needs three details, which Exness gives you:
1. O número da conta — só números, tipo 123456789. É o seu "login".
2. A senha da conta de negociação — veja o aviso abaixo.
3. O servidor — normalmente Exness-MT5Real11. ⚠ Mas o número do fim pode ser outro na sua conta: o que vale é o que a Exness mostrar nos detalhes dela. Se a lista do MetaTrader tiver dezenas de servidores, escreva Exness no campo de busca em vez de rolar.
1. The account number — digits only, like 123456789. This is your login.
2. The trading account password — see the warning below.
3. The server — usually Exness-MT5Real11. ⚠ But the number at the end may differ on your account: what counts is the one Exness shows in its details. If MetaTrader lists dozens of servers, type Exness in the search box instead of scrolling.
⚠ São duas senhas diferentes. A senha com que você entra no site da Exness não é a senha da conta de negociação. A do MetaTrader é a segunda — a Exness a mostra (ou deixa você definir) nos detalhes da conta. Se o MetaTrader disser "senha inválida", quase sempre é isso, e não a conta errada.
⚠ These are two different passwords. The password you use on the Exness website is not the trading account password. MetaTrader wants the second one — Exness shows it (or lets you set it) in the account details. If MetaTrader says "invalid password", that is almost always why, not a wrong account.
Onde pegar: entre na área do cliente da Exness, abra a sua conta real e procure os detalhes dela. Ali estão o número, o servidor e a opção de ver ou redefinir a senha de negociação.
Where to get them: log into your Exness client area, open your real account and look at its details. That is where the number, the server and the option to view or reset the trading password live.
No MetaTrader: menu Arquivo → Login na Conta de Negociação. Preencha o número, a senha e escolha o servidor na lista. Clique OK.
In MetaTrader: menu File → Login to Trade Account. Fill in the number, the password, and pick the server from the list. Click OK.
Como saber que deu certo: o canto inferior direito do MetaTrader deixa de dizer "sem conexão" e passa a mostrar a velocidade da ligação, e o seu saldo aparece na aba Negociação. Se o saldo apareceu, está ligado.
How to know it worked: the bottom-right corner of MetaTrader stops saying "no connection" and starts showing the link speed, and your balance shows up under the Trade tab. If the balance is there, you are connected.

Faça este passo agora, não depois. Se o robô entrar no gráfico antes desta autorização, a ativação da licença falha — e parece que o produto está quebrado, quando é só isto que falta.
Do this now, not later. If the robot goes on the chart before this authorisation, the licence activation fails — and it looks like a broken product, when this is all that is missing.
No MetaTrader 5, abra o menu Ferramentas → Opções → Consultores Especialistas, marque Permitir WebRequest para as URLs listadas e acrescente esta:

O arquivo do robô tem a extensão .ex5. Depois de baixar, coloque-o na pasta MQL5 → Experts do seu MetaTrader — no próprio MetaTrader, o menu Arquivo → Abrir Pasta de Dados leva você direto até lá.
The robot file has the .ex5 extension. After downloading, put it in the MQL5 → Experts folder of your MetaTrader — inside MetaTrader, File → Open Data Folder takes you straight there.
Feche e abra o MetaTrader. O robô aparece no Navegador, em Consultores Especialistas.
Close and reopen MetaTrader. The robot shows up in the Navigator, under Expert Advisors.
Se o seu navegador avisar que o arquivo é incomum, é esperado — ele não é assinado como um programa de loja. O arquivo correto tem 219.570 bytes.
If your browser warns that the file is uncommon, that is expected — it is not signed like a store application. The correct file is 219,570 bytes.

⚠ Tem de ser o gráfico do XAUUSD (ouro). Não é um gráfico qualquer. Se o robô for colocado noutro ativo, ele simplesmente não opera — e passa horas parado sem dar nenhum sinal na tela.
⚠ It must be the XAUUSD (gold) chart. Not just any chart. On another symbol the robot simply does not trade — and sits there for hours with no sign on screen.
Antes de mais nada, na janela Observação do Mercado (à esquerda): clique com o botão direito dentro dela e escolha Mostrar tudo. Isso põe todos os mercados na lista — o robô precisa ver os do seu perfil para poder operá-los.
First, in the Market Watch window on the left: right-click inside it and choose Show All. That puts every market on the list — the robot needs to see the ones in your profile in order to trade them.
Depois abra o gráfico certo: procure XAUUSD nessa lista, clique nele com o botão direito e escolha Janela do Gráfico.
Then open the right chart: find XAUUSD in that list, right-click it and choose Chart Window.
Com o gráfico do XAUUSD aberto, arraste o robô do Navegador para cima dele. Abre uma janela de propriedades: cole ali a chave de licença — o primeiro dos dois códigos do seu e-mail, aquele com o formato XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
With the XAUUSD chart open, drag the robot from the Navigator onto it. A properties window opens: paste the licence key there — the first of the two codes in your email, the one shaped like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
Na mesma janela, logo abaixo da chave, está o Perfil do produto — e é a única escolha que você faz. Todo o resto dos parâmetros vem do servidor.
MIA BALANCE — os dez robôs, em seis mercados, com 0,5% de risco por operação. Saldo sugerido: US$ 4.000. É a carteira inteira, e o produto como ele foi desenhado.
MIA COMPACT — quatro robôs (COBRE DIP, US500 EYE, USTEC EYE e BTC SCOPE), em quatro mercados, com 1% por operação. Saldo sugerido: US$ 2.000. É para quem quer começar com menos saldo e conhecer o programa antes de ligar tudo.
Como escolher: pelo saldo da sua conta. Com o saldo sugerido do BALANCE ou mais, deixe como está — ele já vem em MIA BALANCE. Abaixo disso, escolha MIA COMPACT na lista.
Trocar depois não custa nada e não pede instalação nova: é a mesma janela de propriedades, no mesmo lugar. E o risco por operação é um alvo — em conta pequena o lote mínimo da corretora empurra o risco real para cima, e por isso o robô mostra no gráfico o risco efetivo da sua conta antes da primeira ordem.
In the same window, just below the key, is the product profile — and it is the only choice you make. Every other parameter comes from the server.
MIA BALANCE — all ten robots, across six markets, at 0.5% risk per trade. Suggested balance: US$ 4,000. It is the whole portfolio, and the product as it was designed.
MIA COMPACT — four robots (COBRE DIP, US500 EYE, USTEC EYE and BTC SCOPE), across four markets, at 1% per trade. Suggested balance: US$ 2,000. It is for starting with a smaller balance and getting to know the program before turning everything on.
How to choose: by your account balance. At the BALANCE suggested figure or above, leave it as it is — it already comes set to MIA BALANCE. Below that, pick MIA COMPACT from the list.
Switching later costs nothing and needs no reinstall: same properties window, same place. And risk per trade is a target — on a small account the broker's minimum lot pushes real risk up, which is why the robot prints your account's effective risk on the chart before the first order.
Se o atalho de colar não funcionar nessa janela, use o botão direito → Colar. Acontece em alguns teclados, e não é problema seu.
If the paste shortcut does not work in that window, use right-click → Paste. It happens on some keyboards, and it is not your fault.
⚠ Existem DOIS "Algotrading", e os dois têm de estar ligados. Têm o mesmo nome e ficam em lugares diferentes — ligar só um é o erro mais comum de todos, e não dá aviso nenhum: o robô fica no gráfico, parado, como se estivesse funcionando.
1. Na janela que acabou de abrir, vá na aba Comum e marque Permitir negociação automática. Só depois clique OK.
2. Na barra de cima do MetaTrader, o botão Algotrading tem de estar ligado.
⚠ There are TWO "Algo Trading" switches, and both must be on. Same name, different places — turning on only one is the most common mistake of all, and it gives no warning: the robot sits on the chart, idle, looking like it works.
1. In the window that just opened, go to the Common tab and tick Allow Algo Trading. Only then click OK.
2. In MetaTrader's top bar, the Algo Trading button must be on.

⭐ If either one is off, the robot writes on the chart which one it is — it tells them apart, and says explicitly that the other is already open.
O segundo código do e-mail — o token do painel — não entra aqui. Ele é usado no passo 9, e só serve para olhar.

O robô só opera enquanto o MetaTrader estiver aberto e com internet. Se o seu computador desligar, dormir ou cair a conexão, ele para — e uma posição aberta fica sem quem tome conta dela.
The robot only trades while MetaTrader is open and online. If your computer shuts down, sleeps, or loses connection, it stops — and an open position is left with nobody watching it.
A solução é o VPS do próprio MetaTrader: um computador na nuvem, alugado de dentro do programa, que roda o robô 24 horas por dia.
Antes disso, você precisa de uma conta MQL5. É gratuita, e é por ela que o VPS é contratado e cobrado — sem ela o MetaTrader não deixa avançar. Crie em mql5.com, ou pelo próprio MetaTrader em Ferramentas → Opções → Comunidade, onde você também faz o login.
Com a conta MQL5 conectada, clique com o botão direito na sua conta, no Navegador, e escolha Registrar um servidor virtual. Terminado o aluguel, o próprio assistente oferece a migração — é esse o termo que o MetaTrader usa, e é ela que leva o robô para o servidor.
The answer is MetaTrader's own VPS: a machine in the cloud, rented from inside the program, running the robot around the clock.
First you need an MQL5 account. It is free, and it is the account the VPS is rented and billed through — without it MetaTrader will not let you proceed. Create one at mql5.com, or from MetaTrader itself under Tools → Options → Community, where you also sign in.
With the MQL5 account connected, right-click your account in the Navigator and choose Register a Virtual Server. Once the rental is done, the wizard itself offers the migration — that is the word MetaTrader uses, and it is what takes the robot to the server.
O que a migração faz. Ela copia o seu MetaTrader para o servidor — os gráficos, os robôs e as configurações, exatamente como estão no seu computador naquele momento. Deixe no computador só o que você quer que rode no servidor.
What the migration does. It copies your MetaTrader to the server — charts, robots and settings, exactly as they are on your computer at that moment. Leave on your computer only what you want running on the server.
Depois de migrar, pode fechar o MetaTrader do seu computador. O robô continua lá.
Once migrated, you can close MetaTrader on your computer. The robot keeps going.

Acompanhe no painel, com o token de acessoWatch it on the panel, with your access token
Agora sim entra o segundo código do seu e-mail. Abra o painel, cole o token na caixa e clique em Abrir painel. Você vê as operações abertas, o histórico e o saldo da sua conta, ao vivo.
Now the second code from your email comes in. Open the panel, paste the token in the box and click Open panel. You see open positions, history and your account balance, live.
O painel só olha. Não existe botão de fechar posição, não existe ligar nem desligar, e não existe alterar risco. Se o token aparecer num print ou numa conversa, ninguém consegue operar na sua conta com ele — no pior caso, alguém vê os seus números. Ainda assim, avise a gente e emitimos outro: o antigo deixa de valer e o robô não para.
The panel only looks. There is no close-position button, no start or stop, and no risk setting. If the token shows up in a screenshot or a chat, nobody can trade on your account with it — at worst someone sees your figures. Even so, tell us and we issue another: the old one stops working and the robot keeps running.

Se o robô estiver no gráfico e não acontecer nada durante horas, ele já escreveu o motivo. Sempre que alguma coisa o impede de operar, ele diz o quê — em português, sem código.
If the robot is on the chart and nothing happens for hours, it has already written down why. Whenever something stops it from trading, it says what — in plain words, no codes.
Ele fala em dois lugares:
It speaks in two places:
1. No canto do próprio gráfico. É o primeiro lugar a olhar, e o mais rápido.
2. Na aba Especialistas. Menu Exibir → Ferramentas (ou Ctrl+T), e depois a aba Especialistas, embaixo. Procure as últimas linhas que começam por MIA: — são as dele.
1. In the corner of the chart itself. First place to look, and the fastest.
2. In the Experts tab. Menu View → Toolbox (or Ctrl+T), then the Experts tab at the bottom. Look for the latest lines starting with MIA: — those are his.
Isto não é detalhe técnico — é o atalho. Já aconteceu de alguém passar uma tarde inteira achando que tinha comprado um produto quebrado, quando a explicação estava escrita ali desde o primeiro minuto: o robô estava no gráfico errado. Dois minutos nessa aba teriam resolvido.
This is not a technical detail — it is the shortcut. Someone once spent a whole afternoon convinced he had bought a broken product, when the explanation had been sitting there from the first minute: the robot was on the wrong chart. Two minutes in that tab would have solved it.
